10 November – Science Slam @Berlin Science Week

Young scientists of the Berlin Clusters of Excellence try everything to entertain their audience at the SCIENCE SLAM, regardless of whether the subject is mathematics (MATH+), neuroscience (NeuroCure), principles of intelligence (SCIoI), catalysis networks (UniSysCat), or political constitutions (SCRIPTS). The audience decides which presentation is best.

About the Science Slam:

A Science Slam is a competitive format of short presentations where costumes, props, films, PowerPoint presentations or other experimental arrangements are allowed. The sky is the limit when it comes to what’s possible! Only time sets the limits – every slam takes ten minutes at most, and the audience rates the best presentation. Enrico Bortoletto (Zuse Institute Berlin) and Guillermo Olicón Méndez (FU Berlin) are slamming for MATH+.

This is a cooperation event of the Clusters of Excellence NeuroCure, MATH+, SCIoI – Science of Intelligence, Unifying Systems in Catalysis (UniSysCat),  and SCRIPTS (Contestations of the Liberal Script). The language is English. Visit the Berlin Science Week website for more info. Check the event poster here.
