7  x „Exzellentes Pub-Quiz“ 2025: Am 2. Juni mit MATH+ in der Fahimi-Bar!

Die sieben Berliner Exzellenzcluster laden 2025 zu sieben spannenden und inspirierenden Pub-Quiz-Abenden ein – mitten im Herzen Kreuzbergs, in der Fahimi-Bar am Kottbusser Tor. Jedes Mal ist ein anderer Cluster Gastgeber.

Am 2. Juni übernimmt MATH+ das Ruder. Dann dreht sich vieles um die faszinierende Welt der angewandten Mathematik. Aber auch die anderen sechs Cluster sind am Start mit Fragen zu Politik, und Weltliteratur, Grüner Chemie, Intelligenzforschung, Neuen Materialien und Neurowissenschaften – ergänzt um eine kurze Präsentation des Doktoranden Joshua Wiebe, der über seine Forschung zu Decision Theatres spricht.

Was ihr braucht?

👉  Ein Team (2–4 Personen)
👉  Einen kreativen Teamnamen
👉  Und ganz viel Lust aufs Diskutieren, Knobeln und Staunen!

Zu gewinnen gibt’s natürlich auch etwas: tolle Preise und jede Menge spannende Einblicke in die wunderbare Wissenschaftswelt Berlins und die drängenden gesellschaftlichen Fragen, mit denen sich die Berliner Exzellenzcluster beschäftigen.

7 x “Excellent Pub Quiz” 2025: On 2 June with MATH+ at Fahimi-Bar!

In 2025, the seven Berlin Clusters of Excellence invite you to seven exciting and inspiring pub quiz evenings – right in the heart of Kreuzberg, at the Fahimi-Bar at Kottbusser Tor. Each time, a different cluster hosts the event.

On 2 June, MATH+ will take the helm. That evening will revolve around the fascinating world of applied mathematics—but the other six clusters will also contribute questions on politics, world literature, green chemistry, intelligence research, new materials, and neuroscience, complemented by a brief presentation from BMS PhD student Joshua Wiebe, who will talk  about his research on Decision Theatre.

What do you need?

👉 A team (2–4 people)
👉 A creative team name
👉 And lots of enthusiasm for discussion, puzzling, and marveling!

Naturally, there are rewards to be won: great prizes along with exciting insights into Berlin’s vibrant world of sciences and the pressing societal challenges that the Berlin Clusters of Excellence are tackling.
