COVID-19 remains a dangerous pandemic. Nowadays, the spread and evolution of the virus is driven by immune dynamics and the ability of infection-induced immune response to cross-neutralize circulating variants. We will enable SARS-CoV-2 data
integration across multiple spatial scales to estimate variant-specific population immunity from infection history; to inform variant risk assessment and the selection of vaccine candidates.
