Description

We develop a graph-based framework for rare-event inference in agent-based models, combining localized Langevin sampling, sequential Monte Carlo, and multi-fidelity surrogates. The method enables efficient estimation of rare-event probabilities and identification of mechanisms driving extreme epidemic outbreaks.
