Description
A (discrete) convex duality-based framework for error control of optimal control problems in digital twins (DTs) for structural health monitoring of civil infrastructure will be developed. Novel a posteriori and a priori error identities will be derived that enable adaptive mesh-refinement and error control for nonlinear solvers.
